DESCRIPTION
Deep drawn cases process transforms flat sheet metal, or blank, into a hollow vessel that may be cylindrical or box-shaped
The vessel is then redrawn through a series of dies, reducing its diameter and increasing its length with minimal change to the wall thickness
Deep drawing uses radial tension-tangential compression to shape the metal
Available in a wide range of dimensions
Rectangular deep draw
Short to Large production runs (100-50,000)
Economical for high volumes
High strength and minimal weight
Seamless parts and controllable quality
On-site tooling design, build and repair
We can adapt existing tooling to run in our presses
Creating cylindrical objects and complex geometries possible
ROHS Compliant
